Summer Budget Access Request 2024

Only clubs that have submitted requests, and have been approved for summer budget usage, will be able to access their budget for events or activities after Friday, May 17th, 2024. To request approval, please fill out this request with all the necessary information that pertains to your club. For each question, please provide as much detail as possible in your response. Please attach any official quotes and/or documentation that verifies the need for budgetary access. If your club would like to make multiple purchases, please create a separate submission for each vendor you are hoping to purchase from. Fund requests that do not have a related Summer Budget Access Request will not be processed.

Please fill out the following request form for expenses during the summer, including those already entered in SAFE and have a status of new or in process. The request must be for events/purchases for events that are within the current fiscal year and all events and purchases must be completed with documentation turned in prior to Wednesday, July 17th  2024. Requests for purchase for the upcoming fiscal year will not be approved, an early budget access form will be made available closer to the next fiscal year for activities and events after 8/1/2024. All purchases must be completed, goods and services received, and documentation submitted to SA Finance by Wednesday, July 17th 2024. If you have any questions, please email sa-treas@buffalo.edu. Depending on the submission more information may be required. After your approved purchases have been made or the deadline of July 17th has passed, your budget will be paused until all members of the e-board have completed club orientation for the 2024-2025 academic year. Outstanding expenses not finalized by July 17th will be deducted from the club's 2024-2025 budget.

The deadline for this form is Friday, May 15th, 2024 by 12:00pm (noon).
