This form is exclusively for UB Student Association Clubs and Organizations to sign up for fundraising opportunities. You can fill out this form more than once if you have updates. We will contact your club representatives to confirm your final details prior to the events.
SA offers some of the best entertainment available on campus for the UB Undergraduate students. We often need some help to make these shows a success.
Right now SA is providing some fundraising opportunities for SA Clubs at our upcoming events. Your club will receive $18 per-person, per-hour, that your club can provide for each of the shifts listed.
SA hosts fun field days from time-to-time, typically in or near the Student Union.
We are looking for people from 10:30am - 3:30pm (or when complete). These people can rotate through so long as you maintain the number of people your club has agreed to provide.
Come help out SA run the Glow Events on Saturday 9/17/24. You and your club will just help check people in on Event-Pass, manage lines, and your club gets paid! Take the opportunity to promote your club by handing out flyers, talking to students in line or decorating the area around the activities with stuff to promote yourselves.

Homecoming is one of UB's longest standing traditions, and the Undergraduate SA Clubs have played a huge part in making every year a success!!! We're very excited to collaborate with all of the clubs this year, and hope you can make this an even better Homecoming than in the past!
The week leading up to the Homecoming game is called Spirit Week! During that week SA tries to provide the Clubs with as many chances to showcase themselves to the student body as possible, while also creating fundraising and participation opportunities for your clubs. We've broken up the types of opportunities below to give your club a better sense of what your club is signing up for.

Carnival Performances
A new week of activities for Halloween, SA is bringing in all sorts of activities from Psychic Fairs, Haunted Houses, Escape Rooms and more! We'll need help running all of the activities, so please sign-up and use this as an excuse to wear your costume early!!!
